Contact

Corrections first. If a price looks wrong or a specification is misquoted, that is the most useful message you can send us.

Drift & Dime is a publisher, not a retailer. We have no storefront, no phone line and no premises, so email and the form below are the two ways to reach us.

What we most want to hear about

A price that looks wrong. Every price on this site comes from an automated fetch, and automated fetches can pick up a variant, a bundle or a third-party listing rather than the product we meant. If a number on a page does not match what you see at the retailer, tell us — that is a bug in the thing this site exists to do.

A misquoted specification. Every figure in a spec table is supposed to trace to the manufacturer’s published documentation. If you own the product and the manual says something different, we want the correction.

A regulation that has changed. We cite rules by section and review those pages twice a year, which is not fast enough if a rule changes in between.

Gear we should cover. Particularly if it is cheap, good and being ignored by everyone else — that is the whole brief.

Corrections are handled the way our editorial policy describes: the page is fixed, and its “facts re-checked” date is updated.

What we cannot help with

  • Orders, deliveries, returns and refunds. We do not sell anything. If you bought through a link here, the retailer holds your order and is the only party who can act on it.
  • Warranty claims. Those go to the manufacturer.
  • Legal advice. We cite regulations and tell you to check your state. We are not qualified to go further and will not pretend otherwise.
  • Paid placements and sponsored posts. We do not accept them, and the answer will not change.

Send a message

We read everything. Corrections get answered; general messages sometimes do not, and that is an honest expectation rather than a policy.
